What do the music lecturers at Bath Spa University do in their spare time?

Jazz Tutors night at Burdall’s Yard features a 5-piece jazz ensemble, playing their renditions of classic jazz tunes. You can expect sumptuous trumpet and sax, backed solidly by double bass, keys and drums. As the first song plays, the audience receive an instant feeling of class and warmth; as if you’re dining at the Ritz on a summer’s evening. The musicality of these musicians is second to none, which is especially demonstrated by the solo improvisation throughout the show. Although featuring classic jazz from the 50s era, this show is accessible and enjoyable for all ages.

I would recommend this event to people who want to experience a whole new level of musicianship and is great for individuals who are interested in the jazz genre. It’s an enlightening and engaging invitation to Sparkfest 2019.
